As the Manager of Bioinformatics / Ontology Engineering, you will be managing a team of 7-10 bioinformaticians that are part of a collaborative, cross-functional team of scientists, bioinformaticians, knowledge engineers, and software engineers building powerful tools to gain biological insight into RNA-Seq and DNA-Seq data. Familiarity with bioinformatics tools in genome biomedical research (e.g., genomic databases, genome browsers, mutation repositories), or integrative data analysis as it relates to genetics, multiomics, cell biology, physiology and pathology.
