Analyzes daily, weekly, and monthly reports for performance measurement and efficiencies- Participates with project and executive management to establish strategic plans, objectives, initiatives, and work plans- Assists the leadership in efforts to facilitate a functional, motivated, and cohesive project team- Directly supervises and manages key Project staff as determined by the leadership- Works with Project and executive management to develop, monitor and revise performance goals and objectives for the project and staff.
