Job Scope:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our cell and gene therapy-related product portfolio across US.

li>Must maintain all requirements for access to customer sites, including active and current compliance with all credentialing requirements (may include COVID-19 and annual influenza vaccinations), in order to perform the essential functions of the role at customer locations.

Travels up to 25% of the time to support Quality Management and audit functions at other DC facilities, and support Customer visits to gain an understanding of Customer issues, determine root cause, establish and drive corrective actions and improve Customer satisfaction.

The position serves as the single operational owner at site level, interfacing with customers and coordinating with Remote Monitoring, Engineering, Field Service, and Fulfillment teams to meet uptime, efficiency, SLA, and contractual commitments. Lead interdisciplinary teams (consisting of managers and leadership from individual facilities as well as from across the NYULH Enterprise) to conceive and execute broad-based and integrated programs of emergency management planning, training and exercises. Develop and maintain knowledge of key areas of the hospital related to Mass Decontamination Operations including donning & doffing locations, external showers, and transport path for decontaminated patients.

p>Additional Job Elements: • Lift and move totes up to 49 pounds each • Regular bending, lifting, stretching and reaching both below the waist and above the head • Walking in the FC and around area with great frequency; facilities are over a quarter mile in length • Continual standing and/or walking an average of 5 miles daily • Ability to work in construction /distribution environments that may be noisy, unlit, unheated, not air-conditioned • Able to access all areas of building (ascending and descending ladders, stairs, gangways safely and without limitation). Additional responsibilities include managing and leading a team of Operations and Area Managers, coaching and mentoring the team to ensure performance objectives are met, building positive employee relations and building leadership bench strength within the Fulfillment Center.
