The role requires strong leadership, accountability, relationship management, and execution discipline to ensure sourcing projects are delivered on time, savings and operational targets are achieved, supplier performance is optimized, and reporting metrics are effectively managed. The Senior Sourcing Manager is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving all sourcing, procurement, supplier management, and commercial activities for a designated Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) account or portfolio.

The ideal candidate will:
