The ideal candidate will be a technical problem solver who utilizes their experience and expertise in line-based programming, standards and procedures, and their knowledge of building systems and applications to develop programs for DDC controllers and graphics for user interface tools. Responsibilities: <ul><li>	Provide controls systems database, interface, programming, etc. for sequences as provided by the design specialist, project specifications, or other applicable sources.</li><li>	Provide technical assistance of systems during start-up and commissioning on projects as assigned.</li><li>	Provide technical support to installation personnel on project sites.</li><li>	Provide information and support for other contractors on project site.</li><li>	Debug installation issues during both the static and dynamic start up and commissioning of building controls and special systems.</li><li>	Provide input to sales staff as requested or required to assist in the accurate estimation, design, installation, start up, commissioning, and training for building systems.</li><li>	Provide start up documentation, commissioning documents, etc. as required for assigned projects.</li><li>	Provide service support on existing installations ensuring systems continue to meet existing building occupancy codes and insure efficient building operation.</li><li>	Complete documentation required for this position in an accurate and timely manner.</li><li>	Assist in preparing of as-built drawings and Operation & Maintenance Manuals.</li><li>	Assist in turnover of projects from operations team to service team.</li></ul> MUST HAVE: <ul><li>	5+ years of experience programming BAS and integrating with third party equipment preferred.</li><li>	In-depth knowledge and experience with various commercial HVAC systems.</li><li>	Programming experience with Johnson Controls / Facility Explorer / Tridium Niagara highly preferred </li><li>	Experience with hands-on/field troubleshooting preferred.</li><li>	BACnet and Modbus protocol experience </li><li>	Clear understanding and practical experience working with computer networks and BAS networks.</li><li>	Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li></ul> Interested in hearing more?
