MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or GED.Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in facilities maintenance, building maintenance, and grounds maintenance, including experience performing or overseeing general plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs, maintenance, and installations. Coordinate and oversee routine and preventive maintenance of Tribal facilities, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, lighting, interior and exterior cleaning, grounds, and waste collection, in accordance with established schedules, procedures, and applicable safety requirements.
