Key Responsibilities: Lead execution of key change activities across workstreams and sites, including stakeholder analysis, change impact identification, and role alignment Collaborate with workstream project managers and site coordinators to develop localized communication plans and adoption strategies Create and deliver engaging communications aligned to project milestones, tailored to leadership, SMEs, and end users Support development of stakeholder personas and adoption readiness assessments Help facilitate working sessions or bootcamps to align teams on responsibilities, ownership, and change actions Maintain and support Project Guardian SharePoint site content, including news posts, stakeholder resources, and usage metrics Assist in creating playbooks and templates to improve consistency of change delivery across workstreams Measure communication and change effectiveness via feedback loops, surveys, and adoption indicators Identify and escalate risks to adoption, providing practical solutions and coaching to reduce resistance Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Organizational Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience) Minimum of five years of experience in change management, communications, or transformation programs Demonstrated experience supporting operational or quality system change initiatives Experience creating high-quality communications and training support for enterprise programs Ability to work independently while supporting a large, collaborative team Strong communication skills - excellent writing, visual storytelling, and presentation abilities Collaborative mindset with experience supporting cross-functional, multi-site programs Organized and proactive - able to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment Technically proficient in Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Excel) Change advocate - able to coach others through uncertainty and bring structure to ambiguity Preferred Qualifications PROSCI Certification and/or ACMP Certification Master's degree in I/O Psychology, Communication, or related field Experience leading stakeholder impact assessments and change adoption planning Experience supporting cross-functional regulatory, quality, or compliance-driven programs Exp rience facilitating bootcamps, workshops, or capability-building sessions for change adoption Requisition ID:610572 Minimum Salary: $82600 Maximum Salary: $156900 The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) - see www.bscbenefitsconnect.com--will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role.
