Coordinate actively with stakeholders across AMD including Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Human Resources, Privacy, IP, Stock Administration, IT, Corporate Development, Real Estate, Export Control, Government Relations, Investor Relations, and Corporate Communications.\Direct and manage external law firms to ensure transaction deadlines are met. This role requires the confidence to engage with senior executives, communicate complex legal and business issues clearly, and build trusted relationships with leadership throughout the transaction lifecycle.
