Bachelor degree in Architecture, Planning, Urban Planning, Facilities Planning, Interior Architecture/Design, Public Administration, Business Administration, Real Estate, Engineering, Construction Management, Public Policy, or a related field; three (3) years of related work experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. What Youll Do: Develop high-level facility and site master plans, test fits, development scenarios, and alternative concepts that translate departmental operational and service-delivery needs into viable long-range facility solutions.
