Proactively manage cases for employment-related lawsuits, charges, and claims, including coordinating with in-house and outside counsel, conducting initial fact gathering, implementing, and maintaining litigation holds, identifying and gathering responsive documents and information, scheduling and participating in witness interviews, reviewing discovery, pleadings, and other case documentation. A successful candidate will be ready to jump into action, working closely with experts across the legal department to assist in designing and implementing creative, simple solutions to address complex challenges.
