Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards. Qualifications: The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications: 1. A minimum of 10 years of experience in a Director-level IC role, managing engineering projects, preferably in the construction and commercial sectors. 2. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree or a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification would be an added advantage. 3. At least 5 years of project management experience specifically on high-voltage transmission projects. 4. Proven experience with at least 8 years of voltage-specific projects. 5. At least 10 years managing Bulk Electric System transmission line construction projects at 115 kV or higher. 6. Demonstrated experience managing transmission construction projects with total construction values exceeding $75 million. 7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure. 8. Proficiency in project management software and tools. 9. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality. 10.
