Oracle RAC: Grid Infrastructure/ASM administration, installation, patching, configuration, and troubleshooting Develops, executes and oversees data migration initiatives when required Performance Tuning: AWR, ASH, statspack analysis, SQL tuning, optimizer statistics, and execution plan analysis Data replication and migration: Oracle GoldenGate, Data Pump (expdp/impdp), and Data Guard Spearheads scalability and high availability efforts for Azure SQL, Synapse Analytics, and other cloud-based databases while managing cloud resources and optimizing cost-effectiveness Maintains comprehensive documentation detailing database configurations, procedures, and best practices Regularly generates performance and usage reports to support informed decision-making Drives problem resolution and root cause analysis across the technology stack Participates in the resolution of database availability, capacity, and performance issues. In this role, the Senior Database Administrator will design and implement database schemas, monitors database health, and performs routine backups and recovery operations to safeguard mission-critical data.
