The Software Delivery Lead establishes technical direction, facilitates architecture and design reviews, manages cross-team dependencies, and ensures that software increments meet approved functional, security, quality, configuration, documentation, and operational-readiness requirements. This role works closely with Government product and mission stakeholders, software architects, developers, testers, cybersecurity personnel, configuration managers, infrastructure and cloud engineers, operations teams, trainers, and program leadership.
