Services Scoping, Configuration & Quoting – Primary Focus Own business process and workflow design, along with application requirements, for how services are scoped, configured, priced, and quoted within the CPQ platform. The role involves close collaboration with Customer Experience, Services, Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, and IT teams to improve operational efficiency, data integrity, scalability, and revenue outcomes.
