Additional earning opportunities may be available for eligible field roles and projects , including mission-critical project premiums, night/shift differentials, lead responsibilities, specialized commissioning or testing skills, per diem where applicable, overtime, and project-specific incentives. The position maintains appropriate administrative access to perform assigned responsibilities and escalates matters involving significant security risk, policy exceptions, material business impact, major architectural changes, budget implications, or authority outside its delegated responsibilities.
