Purpose: To represent and assist the International Union in achieving the Organizing Hub's organizing goals; to design and implement organizing and affiliation plans in collaboration with Local Union Organizing Directors; to plan, in conjunction with International Union and Local Union leaders, large scale comprehensive campaigns, covering large geographic areas, industries, markets, companies, or communities; to direct and manage multi-component, comprehensive campaigns; to build, manage, and maintain campaign teams of International Union staff, local union staff, or special projects staff. Primary Responsibilities: The Senior Campaign Coordinator has major responsibility for representing and assisting the International Union in carrying out its overall organizing programs and initiatives; for providing leadership in developing and managing innovative, multi-component external organizing campaigns; coordinating International Union and Local Union campaign resources; building and maintaining relationships with International Union and Local Union leaders and staff; creating and maintaining campaign structures and managing the work of staff.
