Collaborate with teams responsible for capabilities such as enterprise service management and employee-service experiences (e.g., ServiceNow), AI agents and conversational experiences (e.g., Moveworks), low-code development and workflow automation (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform), enterprise AI platforms, data, integration, security, and architecture. Grounded in People Technology and enterprise HR systems, this role combines a strong understanding of HR processes, platforms, data, integrations, and employee experiences with expertise in emerging technologies such as generative AI, AI agents, agentic orchestration, APIs, Model Context Protocol (MCP), automation, and AI-assisted development.
