Reporting to the Director of Quality Training and Capability Development, this role partners with Process Owners, SMEs and leadership to identify capability needs and design fit-for-purpose learning strategies, qualification programs, performance support tools, trainer readiness that improve QMS execution, Quality Excellence, and adoption in the business. The Senior Quality Manager, Learning & Capability is an individual contributor within Central Quality responsible for developing and continuously improving training, capability, and performance support solutions that strengthen quality performance, compliance, and culture.
