GENERAL SUMMARY: The Senior Human Resources Generalist conducts recruitment activities, coordinates benefits enrollments, conducts new hire orientations, maintains employee files and other related compliance tasks, involved with employee relations and assists the Human Resources Director with various administrative needs and projects as needed. Activities include working with hiring managers on job descriptions, job postings, arranging job fairs, arranging and conducting interviews, conferring with hiring managers to ensure a thorough understanding of the staffing levels needed, pre-employment hiring process and other related responsibilities as assigned by Human Resource Director.
