Key Responsibilities: Lead cross-functional aerospace projects and manage scope, schedule, risk, action items, and stakeholder communication; drive project governance, review cadence, and closure of key deliverables; coordinate with engineering, operations, manufacturing, and quality teams to support new work introduction and execution readiness; identify project risks, resource gaps, and execution blockers, and lead mitigation planning; prepare status updates, reporting, and decision-support materials for leadership and stakeholders; support prioritization of activities in a growing operational environment with multiple concurrent initiatives. Required Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related discipline; significant experience in project or program management within aerospace, manufacturing, industrial, or other complex technical environments; proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in dynamic settings; strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills; understanding of engineering-to-manufacturing workflows and regulated operations.
