MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS) Services Commercial Lines Book of Business, including: Builds and solidifies relationships with existing clients by providing ongoing customer care Endorsements Billing/payments (invoice transactions, record payments, prepare finance agreements) Assists Claims Coordinator (when needed) Creates new/renewal business submissions Loss runs (create letters, order loss runs/obtain/order experience modifiers) Gathers & helps complete supplemental applications & supporting documentation Issues certificates, evidence of insurance, auto id cards, and binders Processes and mails out policies Creates proposals for Producers Cancellation tracking and processing (pending and canceled) Audit tracking Issues and Processes Bonds In partnership with the Production team, takes a leadership role in the renewal process, ensuring that the best possible solution is delivered to the client in a high-quality and timely manner Supports one or more Producers and is the first line of contact when the Producer is not available Remarkets accounts when necessary Account rounding for existing Commercial Lines business Rating and Comparisons Builds carrier relationships and keeps up with carrier updates and underwriting information Maintains complete and accurate client and policy data and documents within the operating systems EMPLOYEE SPECIFICATIONS This job description is intended to describe the level of work required of the person performing the job. Education and Work Experience High School Diploma or GED equivalent, College Degree preferred 3-7 years of Commercial Lines insurance account management experience is required Oklahoma and TX Property & Casualty Insurance License Thorough knowledge of commercial lines coverages and markets Experience with handling large, complex risks Professional designations such as CISR, CIC, AINS, AAI, ARM, CRM, or CPCU are highly desirable Technical/Functional Competencies Proficient in PC operating systems - Applied Epic Proficient in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
