The Senior Director partners with site leadership, Operations, Facilities, Engineering, Human Resources, Legal, and other corporate functions to reduce risk, protect employees and the environment, and promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across the company. Lead the investigation of significant incidents, near misses, and environmental events, ensuring root causes are addressed and lessons learned are shared across sites.
