The role develops and maintains training products in accordance with TRADOC Regulation 350-70 and the ADDIE process, prepares and certifies instructors to deliver Operator (OPNET) and Field-Level Maintainer (FLMNET) new equipment training, and coordinates fielding and NET events with gaining units. Curriculum Development: Develop, update, and maintain training products — Programs of Instruction (POI), Instructor Lesson Plans, and Student Guides — in accordance with TRADOC Regulation 350-70 and the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) process.
