Establishes and operates the governed "walled garden" for citizen development in partnership with platform and security teams, including environment separation and entitlement, approved data source catalogs, DLP-aligned connectors, publishing controls, and the path to production ownership for business-built agents. Partners closely with AI governance, security, technical platform owners, compliance, data, and platform leaders to ensure all productivity AI and citizen-developed solutions inherit enterprise controls under the AI Control Plane, including intake, risk tiering, agent registration, data protection, and lifecycle management.
