The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise and cloud architecture, AI/ML-enabled operations, and automation platforms, and a proven ability to design scalable, reliable architectures that enable automated incident detection, diagnosis, remediation, and orchestration. Evaluate and recommend AI and emerging technologies including agentic AI, AIOps, generative operations assistants, event intelligence, knowledge graphs, autonomous remediation, and predictive incident management.
