In this role, you will lead complex estimating efforts from conceptual budgeting through final construction pricing while partnering closely with operations, preconstruction, procurement, VDC, and project management teams. Lead the complete estimating lifecycle , including conceptual budgets, schematic estimates, design development estimates, GMPs, construction document estimates, bulletins, and change orders.
