As the owner of the Global E2E Logistics Strategy this leader will work across Supply Commercial Logistics Analytics Technology Procurement and Operations teams to continuously challenge existing supply chain structures and develop innovative solutions that improve service efficiency and profitability. p>· Oversee Logistics & Supply Chain department and employees (~20 FTE utilizing supporting contingent workers);

· Supervise purchase of production and/or non-production materials and coordinate suppliers to meet Company’s goals of quality, delivery, and cost;

· Work with procurement on applicable supply & service contracts;

· Set up raw material and product specifications in SAP as needed with collaboration from Quality Assurance, Operations, and Customer Service;

· Planning/Scheduling suppliers/sub-contractors to maintain uninterrupted flow of materials including raw materials, components, sub-components and services from internal, local and overseas suppliers;

· Identifying, notifying and managing potential shortages by planning and expediting internally and externally;

· Liaising with freight forwarders for all coming materials from oversea suppliers and maintaining in-Transit Report for accurate online information for Customer Service;

· Oversee local production scheduling, end of month processing, and inventory/production reporting in collaboration with Operations and Planners;

· Managing inventory levels to optimum levels to achieve balance between customer service and working capital (over stock v/s stock outs);

· Assume lead role for inventory management data in SOX audits;

· Schedule packaging and shipping activities to ensure on-time shipment and delivery;

· Partner with delivery services to optimize product warehouse use;

· Responsible for Logistics & supply chain services for toller and warehousing activity associated with site.
