Ability to be approved for deployment to Djibouti via CRC if not already within the AFRICOM AOR.+ Bachelor's degree+ 5 years of experience planning, organizing, coordinating, and managing U.S. Army logistics and acquisition activities or similar/related experience.+ 5 years of experience or similar/related experience with pre-award procurement activities such as:+ Analyzing and documenting requirements,+ Recommending revisions to performance work statements or specifications,+ Procurement / project planning/management, and+ Tracking and monitoring procurement activities (i.e., master schedules) to ensure compliance with DoD policy, administrative procedures, regulations and statutes.+ The positions on this contract are located both CONUS and OCONUS in support of Army Sustainment Command (ASC).**In this role, you will:**+ Develop and maintain LOGCAP contract requirements packets (technical data packages, exhibits, diagrams, etc), screen requirements for completeness and accuracy, and suitability.+
