Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related technical field, or higher Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related discipline within aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing — or a Master's degree in a related field with a minimum of 7 years of equivalent experience Minimum 3 years of experience directly managing procurement teams, including full lifecycle responsibilities such as hiring, performance management, and professional development Demonstrated experience managing commercial procurement for complex Bills of Materials (BOMs), including build-to-print hardware, build-to-specification components, COTS parts, and contract manufacturing partnerships under Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contracts and long-term agreements (LTAs) Ability to travel up to 25% for supplier engagement, site visits, and cross-facility collaboration as required by program needs. and/or transports placardable amounts of hazardous materials by ground in any vehicle on a public road while in commerce, may be subject to additional Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations including: Driver Qualification Files, Medical Certification (obtained before onboarding), Road Test, Hours of Service, Drug and Alcohol Testing (CDL drivers only), vehicle inspection requirements, CDL requirements (if applicable) and hazardous materials transportation/shipping training.
