The Level 3 Industrial Engineer will lead end‑to‑end value‑stream analyses and develop integrated process‑improvement roadmaps, while designing, simulating, and validating advanced manufacturing layouts, work‑cell configurations, and automation solutions. You will conduct detailed time‑study, method‑study, ergonomic, and capacity‑planning analyses, producing robust SOPs and work instructions, and own key Lean/Six‑Sigma projects (e.g., Kaizen, DMAIC) from charter through implementation and sustainment.
