The Senior Systems Analyst is accountable for the following essential responsibilities: Monitor the performance, availability, and capacity of servers, networks, cloud services, and core infrastructure; investigate alerts, resolve incidents, and escalate to vendors as needed. This role monitors system, network, and infrastructure performance, manages authorized access to company systems, and provides hands-on support for employees, executives, and corporate office technology.
