Must have a Bachelor''s degree in engineering or a similar technical degree, proven experience in reading AWS and Military weld specifications, proficient in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), minimum of 3 years of experience in using CAD software, preferably ProE/Creo, able to interpret and communicate Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing, cross functional team resolution of production fit and form issues, bill of material errors, and manufacturing routing changes using root cause analysis tools. General responsibilities include manufacturing support for weld audits, issues on the floor, engineering changes or quality issues, set up reduction, cost improvement, tool and fixture design and adherence to commercial and military weld requirements.
