Partner with People Team and business leaders on compensation for new hires, promotions, transfers, reorganizations, and changing roles, balancing market data, internal equity, and company guidelines. In this role, you'll help shape the employee experience through market pricing, salary structures, annual pay planning, incentive programs, and Wheels Rewards, our employee recognition program.
