p>• Experience in EPCM industry with capital projects • Lump Sum and Module Fabrication experience preferred • Experience with Fluor processes, procedures and systems • Ability to enter Request for Quotation (RFQ)/Purchase Orders (PO) data in the approved material management reference system, use Smart Source, evaluation quotes, negotiate Terms and Conditions, to support estimate/proposal activities • Experience in dealing with global vendors (outside US) • Ability to communicate fluently in English (read, write, and speak) • Accredited degree or global equivalent • Applicable professional certification(s) or license(s) • Experience should be primarily in the area of material management • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Excellent computer literacy and skills • Good leadership and decision-making skills. • Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and twelve (12) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to sixteen (16) years if non-degreed • Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders • Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job • Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines • Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner.
