Our team advises on transactions across industries, including healthcare, technology, professional services, infrastructure, insurance, education, manufacturing, retail, hospitality, and financial services, with the support of GT’s global platform of transactional and regulatory lawyers and other specialists. In this role, you will work with private equity sponsors, family offices, portfolio companies, founder-led businesses, and other businesses on buyouts, add-on acquisitions, growth equity investments, recapitalizations, and exits.
