Primary Job Function: Responsible for preparing, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements and providing counsel to the various teams within Procurement and relevant Business functions, including Master Services Agreements, consulting agreements, software licensing, cloud and SaaS agreements, technology services agreements, data licensing agreements, AI vendor agreements, HR/benefit agreements, and agreements governing meetings/events. The Senior Counsel will join a team of experienced attorneys and paralegals and will provide valuable legal support to various teams within AbbVie's Business and Procurement functions, including Business Technology Services (BTS), HR/Employee Benefits, Professional Services and Consulting, and Meetings and Events.
