Independently monitor assigned cases to include investigating facts of cases, research, and recommend potential witnesses, assisting with interviews when needed; confer with litigation experts, coordinate meetings between the AAG and experts, clients, counsel, and other parties; monitor and assist with trial deadlines, trial exhibit notebooks, subpoenas and attend trial.
