Job DescriptionDuties and responsibilitiesSupport product technical acceptance and certification processAssist product validation, verification and regression to ensure product quality, performance, reliability, usability, durability and conformance that meet the company's as well as customer's KPIEnsure high system level product quality/performance and out-of-the box user experienceSupport field test as necessaryManage and monitor all installed systems, maintained automated infrastructure and coordination test house activitiesInstall, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and automation toolsTrack and maintain highest levels of systems and infrastructure operationMonitor performance for potential bottlenecks, solutions and workaround, timely validate fixes and update test report Maintain physical and network security, backup, and provide fail-over and backup strategiesProvide and improve automation test items request to improve efficiency and reduce human intervention timeEngaging with product group in 2nd and 3rd level problem escalationFrequent vendors and customer meetings and visits for product feedback and future opportunitiesProvide technical post-sales support to R&D teamWork with R&D and DQA/SQA teams to ensure features delivery/inclusion.
