Engine descriptions include diesel, gas, and alternate fuel as well as hydraulic and electrical pumps, motors and control units; maintains an orderly, healthy and safe work area; maintains and performs scheduled services and operational repairs to project pumps, engines, vehicles and other small equipment used on projects; performs preventative maintenance and checks and services District vehicles and equipment; cleans and maintains tools and equipment. Physical Requirements/Working Environment: Endure outdoor environments in uncomfortable temperatures, inclement weather, and remote locations; set-up, lift and/or move equipment; lift and carry heavy objects, bend, kneel and crouch, reach overhead, grasp, push, and pull, maintain a priority of safety, make effective, consistent, and defensible decisions.
