The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building or maintaining servers, installing equipment in data-center racks, managing power and network cabling, replacing hardware components, or troubleshooting proprietary equipment built on server-like architecture. At least two years of hands-on experience supporting enterprise servers, data-center equipment, lab infrastructure, technical test systems, or proprietary equipment built on server-class hardware.
