Complete daily logs (reports) and maintains logs of key activities (such as inspections, concrete pours, deliveries, etc.), files and shop drawings (including taking daily photographs). BHB is seeking a senior level superintendent with multi-family experience and the ability to oversee full field projects including scheduling, RFI's, sub-contractor management and all OSHA safety regulations.
