Technical Instruction: Train team members in preventive maintenance, no-cool/no-heat diagnostics, electrical troubleshooting, motors, capacitors, contactors, controls, compressors, refrigerant diagnostics (superheat/subcooling), leak detection, airflow/static pressure, furnaces, heat pumps, thermostats, condensate/drainage, IAQ, and diagnostic tools. Required: 7–10+ years residential HVAC field experience; strong electrical/refrigeration diagnostic skills; EPA Universal Certification; applicable TDLR registration/license; valid driver’s license with clean driving record; strong teaching and communication skills.
