Maintain consistent collaboration with College Transition Advisors, the Office of Financial Aid, Student Retention and Transition Services, the Honors Program, and other college departments to develop proactive retention initiatives/strategies and early identification of intervention for at-risk students. Serve as the lead advocate for students within their success team, coordinating resources, providing guidance, and fostering a supportive environment to help them achieve their academic, career, and personal goals.
