Input all shipment information into the ERP computer systemWarehouse:Responsible for the overall cleanliness/organization of the warehouse facilityEnsure proper transaction execution for all inventory movementsMaintain accuracy in inventory, perform cycle counts, and assist in reconciliation to achieve inventory accuracy goalsPull, kit, and issue production/service orders and deliver to the appropriate assembly areaReceiving:Unload materials from trucks and containersUnpack and examine incoming shipments, reject damaged items/goods, record shortages, and correspond with Purchasing to rectify damages and shortagesProcess incoming deliveries and ensure the quality and quantity is correct including packing slip, purchase order and/or invoiceReceive material through ERP system and maintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stockRoute items to the warehouse or various internal departments and Kanban areas for manufacturing projectsRequired Qualifications:High school diploma/GED and 3+ years operating a 26,000 GVW box truckValid PA drivers license and DOT medical cardExperience in warehousing or logistics in a manufacturing environmentExperience using MRP systems, Epicor and Concur experience a plusProficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Office SuitesTeam player with excellent verbal and written communication skills and customer focusStrong work ethic and willingness to learnMust be a highly responsible individual who can work independently and with minimal supervisionAbility to lift 50 LbsSeegrid has been recognized as a Best-Place-to-Work.
