Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in electrical or instrumentation engineering with 10 years of relevant industrial experience, or a Trade School Diploma with 20 years of relevant industrial experience, preferably in steelmaking, heavy industrial, manufacturing, or large-scale capital projects.
