You should be comfortable troubleshooting complex systems remotely (using telemetry data) and locally in the field, executing tasks yourself, directing other engineers and technicians, and coordinating closely with internal and customer stakeholders to achieve high customer satisfaction with Form's 100-hour battery. Design for Serviceability (DFS): Partner with the product design teams to ensure the electrolyte and gas management systems (pumps, valves, fans, vents, manifolds, sensors, and piping) are accessible, maintainable, and safe to service in field conditions.
