Further, this position is responsible to support the development and implementation of the necessary tools, systems, policies, processes, and procedures to establish NRE’s growing EPC Services organization, including business/client development and capture strategies to grow the EPC portfolio, bidding/proposal strategies, procurement/supply chain process and strategies, contracting process and strategies, vendor and subcontractor qualification and relationship management, project controls, QA/QC program, and site safety and construction oversight. The Regional Manager – EPC Project Management is responsible to manage a large multimillion dollar portfolio of EPC projects primarily encompassing substation, transmission, distribution, and energy storage projects in a US region, including project team staffing, PM assignments, portfolio P&L responsibility, cost center management, operational efficiencies, and on-time delivery.
