Through EnergyWise Home, participating customers allow Duke Energy to briefly cycle select home equipment, such as central air conditioning, electric heating, water heaters, and pool pumps, using a load control switch installed at the home, in exchange for monthly bill credits. The Products & Services Manager owns day-to-day and long-term management and operation of EnergyWise Home, Duke Energy Florida's residential demand response (DR) program, and its multi-year switch modernization effort.
