Education & Experience: BA Degree in Management or related field of study is required; or 10 or more years of related industry experience in a similar role may qualify Minimum 5+ years sales experience, preferably in the beauty industry, health and wellness or consumer goods required Preferred 2 years' experience with a proven track record of sales growth, attention to detail, administrative and customer service excellence.
