Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist duties: • Develop and sustain talent pools in support of critical roles through strategic sourcing and networking• Build relationships with external partners including universities, technical schools, community organizations, and industry groups• Participate in recruiting events, job fairs, and community outreach opportunities• Create proactive sourcing strategies to identify emerging and experienced talent• Partner with hiring managers to understand future workforce needs and develop long term talent solutions. Experience in talent acquisition, sourcing, HR, or a related field Power BI, or similar analytics tools Excellent communication, relationship building, and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail .
